Shipping & Returns

Delivery

• Kampala: typically same-day or next-day delivery.
• Outside Kampala: usually 1–3 working days via courier.
• Free delivery on orders over UGX 500,000.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
• You receive a tracking number and order updates on WhatsApp.

Payment

Payment is arranged when we confirm your order on WhatsApp — mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) or cash on delivery, depending on your location. Nothing is charged until your order is confirmed with you.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
• For hygiene reasons, opened fragrances and decants cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• Return delivery for faulty or incorrect items is arranged and paid by us.
