Orders

Placing an order on this website reserves it for confirmation — every order is verified with you on WhatsApp before it is prepared or dispatched. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock or a delivery address cannot be served, and we will tell you if that happens.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due when your order is confirmed, by mobile money or cash on delivery.
• Discount codes are valid only while active, within their validity period, and when the cart meets their minimum requirements; one code applies per order.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and depend on your location and courier conditions. Free delivery applies to orders of UGX 500,000 and above; any other delivery charge is confirmed with you before dispatch. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled per our Shipping & Returns page. Opened fragrances and decants cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Liability & Governing Law

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
